Just needed to mention the fact that City of York Council’s housing repairs team fail. Ended up waiting in all morning then found out they had screwed up and not booked the plumber…Work weren’t impressed when I went in and said they still hadn’t been :s
Been promised that one will appear this evening but not holding my breath.
